I Won't Die

The battle aboard the Baratie reaches its climax as Monkey D. Luffy confronts Krieg Don, whose vast collection of hidden weapons and ruthless tactics threaten everyone aboard the floating restaurant. Despite suffering repeated injuries, Luffy refuses to give up, believing that true strength comes from determination rather than superior weaponry. Meanwhile, Gin struggles between his loyalty to Krieg and his growing respect for Sanji and the Baratie staff.

As the conflict concludes, Sanji finally resolves to leave the Baratie and pursue his lifelong dream of finding the All Blue. Encouraged by Zeff and the restaurant's chefs, he joins Luffy's crew despite the emotional farewell between mentor and student.

The crew's celebration is short-lived when they discover that Nami has departed aboard the Going Merry with their accumulated treasure. Following her trail leads Monkey D. Luffy, Zoro Roronoa, Usopp, and Sanji toward Arlong Park, the stronghold of the Fish-Man Pirates, where they begin to uncover hints that Nami's actions may be motivated by circumstances far more complicated than simple betrayal.

The volume ends by establishing the central conflict of the Arlong Park Arc, introducing Arlong and his crew while setting the stage for the Straw Hat Pirates' next major challenge.
