We rely on the following third-party services to run AnimangaInfinity. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles any data it processes on our behalf:
Minimum age — 13 years (US, COPPA). AnimangaInfinity is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under 13. Account creation requires affirmation that the user is at least 13 years old.
European Economic Area & United Kingdom — 13 to 16 years (GDPR Article 8). Under the GDPR, the digital age of consent ranges from 13 to 16 depending on the EU member state. Where the local age is higher than 13, users below that age require verifiable parental consent before processing of their personal data is lawful. We do not knowingly process personal data from users below the applicable digital consent age in their jurisdiction.
United Kingdom — Age Appropriate Design Code (AADC).For users in the UK who are under 18, we apply additional safeguards in line with the Information Commissioner's Office Age Appropriate Design Code: data minimisation by default, no behavioural advertising targeting unless the user has opted in via the consent banner, and content categorised as adult (NSFW) remains blurred unless the user has affirmatively confirmed they are 18 or older in their profile settings.
Adult content gating.Posts flagged as NSFW are always rendered blurred by default, regardless of age. Click-through to view such content requires the user to affirm in their profile settings (Settings → Data & Privacy → Adult content) that they are 18 or older. Anonymous visitors cannot affirm and therefore cannot unblur NSFW content.
If we learn a user is under 13 (or under the applicable digital consent age in their jurisdiction)we will close the account and delete all associated personal data we control. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below and we will act on the request without undue delay.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
