1. Our Commitment

AnimangaInfinity respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices submitted in accordance with its provisions.

2. What We Do and Do Not Host

It is important to understand the nature of our platform:

  • We do NOT host: Manga chapters, anime episodes, scanlations, fansubs, RAWs, or any pirated media files
  • We DO host: User-generated content such as reviews, ratings, list entries, comments, profile information, and cover images sourced from official providers

If you are seeking removal of pirated media, please contact the actual hosting provider. DMCA notices sent to us regarding content we do not host cannot be actioned.

6. Repeat Infringers

AnimangaInfinity has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account associated with repeated or flagrant copyright violations, at our sole discretion.

8. User-Generated Content

Users are prohibited from uploading copyrighted material without permission. This includes but is not limited to manga pages, anime screenshots used beyond fair use, and artwork not created by the user. Violations will result in content removal and potential account suspension.

9. Fair Use

We recognize that some use of copyrighted material may qualify as fair use (e.g., brief quotes in reviews, transformative commentary). We evaluate fair use claims on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a takedown was filed against content that qualifies as fair use, please include this argument in your counter-notification.

10. False Notices

Submitting a DMCA notice with materially false information is a federal crime under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may expose you to civil liability, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer. Please ensure your claims are accurate before submitting a notice.
