Terms of Service

By accessing and using AnimangaInfinity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

AnimangaInfinity is a community platform for anime and manga enthusiasts. We provide tools to track series, create lists, discover new content, and engage with a community of fans. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

We do NOT host, stream, or provide manga or anime content for reading or viewing. We only provide informational data about series, characters, and related metadata — similar to a library catalog or database.

Certain series, character, and metadata information displayed on AnimangaInfinity is sourced from third-party APIs, including but not limited to AniList(anilist.co). This data is used under AniList's public API terms and is provided for informational and community purposes.

We do not claim ownership of data sourced from third-party APIs. Cover images, character artwork, and promotional materials remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used for identification, commentary, and educational purposes under fair use.

Users may supplement this data with community-contributed content, which is subject to our moderation policies and content guidelines.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

You must be at least 13 years oldto create an account on AnimangaInfinity. Where local law sets a higher digital consent age (for example, 16 years in certain EU member states under GDPR Article 8), you must meet that local minimum instead. By creating an account — whether via email and password or via a third-party sign-in provider such as Google or Discord — you affirm that you meet the applicable minimum age.

Some content on the platform is flagged as NSFW (not safe for work) by the user who posts it. NSFW content is always rendered blurred by default. To click through and view such content, you must affirm in your profile settings that you are 18 years of age or older. This affirmation is recorded with a timestamp on your account. You can revoke the affirmation at any time from the same settings page; doing so re-blurs all NSFW content until you affirm again.

If we discover or are informed that an account has been created by a person below the applicable minimum age, we will terminate the account and delete the associated personal datafrom our systems without undue delay. Parents or guardians who believe their child has created an account in violation of these terms may contact us via the address in the Contact section to request immediate removal. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spread misinformation or engage in deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots without our express permission
• Engage in spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation

All anime and manga titles, characters, and related media referenced on AnimangaInfinity are the property of their respective creators and publishers. We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

By submitting content to our platform (reviews, comments, lists), you grant AnimangaInfinity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service.

We expect all users to contribute positively to our community. This means:

• Treating other members with respect and courtesy
• Keeping discussions relevant and constructive
• Marking spoilers appropriately when discussing series content
• Reporting content that violates these guidelines
• Not engaging in hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any information on the Service is accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimangaInfinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by applicable international laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication between the parties before pursuing any legal remedies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying users via email or an in-app notification.
