Inside this volume
The one hundred and first volume of One Piece, titled The Stars Take the Stage, continues the raid on Onigashima during the Wano Country arc. The battle becomes a family affair as Kaidou faces off against his child Yamato, while the Emperor and his crew refuse to fall even against the Straw Hats' strongest fighters. As the fighting spreads across the island, the peculiar ability of a young girl may hold the key to the alliance's hopes of victory.
Volume 101 unfolds across the ongoing raid on Onigashima, cutting between the many duels raging throughout the fortress. Nami, aided by the storm cloud Zeus, brings her fight with the Tobiroppo commander Ulti to a close, while Tama turns her taming ability to decisive use, sending a wave of the Beasts Pirates' own soldiers against them and throwing Kaidou's forces into disarray. Elsewhere, Jinbe and Franky each overcome members of the Tobiroppo, and Nico Robin, with Brook's support, is drawn into a grueling confrontation with Black Maria. As the individual battles turn, Sanji and Roronoa Zoro square up against the All-Stars King and Queen. Higher in the fortress, Kaidou and Yamato continue their clash, while Kozuki Momonosuke, determined to rejoin the fight, searches for a way to carry Monkey D. Luffy back up to the rooftop.
