Bleach Vol. 65

Ichigo arrives in Seireitei and rescues Zaraki from Candice Catnipp, Meninas McAllon, Liltotto Lamperd, and Giselle Gewelle. He overwhelms the Sternritter with his enhanced abilities, but his descent from the Soul King Palace leaves a temporary passage through its protective barriers. Yhwach, Jugram Haschwalth, and Uryū Ishida exploit the opening and depart for the palace.

Ichigo attempts to pursue them but is confronted by Uryū, whose attack confirms his allegiance to the Wandenreich. While Rukia Kuchiki, Renji Abarai, and other Soul Reapers engage the remaining Sternritter, Kisuke Urahara prepares a cannon capable of sending Ichigo, Orihime Inoue, and Yasutora Sado after Yhwach.

Elsewhere, Ikkaku Madarame and Yumichika Ayasegawa discover that Giselle has transformed the defeated Bambietta Basterbine into a zombie. Mayuri Kurotsuchi intervenes with four Arrancar restored from death and counters Bambietta’s explosive attacks. Giselle then reveals a larger force of zombified Soul Reapers, including Tōshirō Hitsugaya.
