Nanao uses Shinken Hakkyōken to reflect Lille Barro’s divine power, while Shunsui supports her against the force of the returning attack. Lille is shattered and cast into the Seireitei, where fragments of his transformed body multiply into birdlike creatures. The wounded Izuru Kira emerges to oppose them. Elsewhere, Gerard Valkyrie activates The Miracle, converting the damage inflicted upon him into greater size and strength as he overwhelms the Soul Reapers surrounding him.

Ichigo, Orihime Inoue, and Yasutora Sado encounter Askin Nakk Le Vaar, whose Deathdealing incapacitates them. Yoruichi Shihōin intervenes and is joined by her brother, Yūshirō Shihōin, but Askin adapts to their spiritual pressure and activates his Vollständig. Kisuke Urahara then arrives to continue the battle.

At Wahrwelt’s central palace, Uryū confronts Jugram Haschwalth, who possesses The Almighty while Yhwach sleeps. Haschwalth exposes Uryū’s planned betrayal, but Ichigo and his companions interrupt their battle. Uryū reveals that he intended to destroy Wahrwelt from within and sends his friends onward to confront Yhwach.
