Yuushirou Shihouin

Yuushirou is good-natured, earnest and devoted to his older sister. He becomes tearful and enthusiastic upon seeing Yoruichi again, showing little of the guarded formality associated with noble leadership.

His eagerness can make him impulsive. He enters a dangerous battle determined to help Yoruichi and initially assumes that one powerful attack has decided the outcome.

Yuushirou is trained in Hakuda and Shunpo, the close-combat and movement disciplines associated with his family. He can briefly keep pace with Yoruichi and launch rapid physical combinations.

His principal technique is the fire-based Shunkō used by the Shihouin Clan. Shunkō: Bakuen Musō surrounds his limbs with explosive Kidō energy and releases a concentrated blast powerful enough to injure an elite Sternritter. No Zanpakutō is shown or identified for him.

Yuushirou arrives in Seireitei carrying the Heaven-Given Armory and other Shihouin artifacts required to construct a passage to the Royal Realm. He is initially disappointed to learn that Yoruichi has already departed.

He later reaches Wahrwelt and joins Yoruichi’s fight against Askin Nakk Le Vaar. His Bakuen Musō damages Askin at first, but the Sternritter adapts to his reiatsu and incapacitates him with Gift Ball Deluxe. Yuushirou is not shown dying.

Yoruichi Shihouin is Yuushirou’s older sister, predecessor as clan head and combat instructor. He idolizes her and rushes to support her in battle.

Kisuke Urahara accompanies Yoruichi during Yuushirou’s arrival and later battle. Askin Nakk Le Vaar is the Sternritter whom Yuushirou attacks with Shunkō.
