One Piece Vol. 13: It's All Right! follows the Straw Hat Pirates as they become entangled in the growing conspiracy of Baroque Works. After escaping the dangers of Whiskey Peak, the crew agrees to escort Vivi Nefertari back to her homeland, where a rebellion threatens to plunge the kingdom into chaos. Before they can begin the journey, however, an unexpected visitor reveals just how far Baroque Works' influence extends.
The volume marks the beginning of the crew's adventure on Little Garden, an island where prehistoric wildlife roams freely and two legendary giants continue a century-long duel. As new enemies begin moving into position, the Straw Hat Pirates find themselves facing dangers unlike anything they have encountered before.
Quick Facts
The events at Whiskey Peak reach their conclusion as Vivi Nefertari and Igaram reveal their true identities and explain that they infiltrated Baroque Works to uncover the plans of its mysterious leader, Mr. 0. Learning that Vivi's kingdom of Arabasta is on the brink of civil war, the Straw Hat Pirates agree to escort her home. Before they depart, the Baroque Works officer Robin Nico unexpectedly boards the Going Merry, casually revealing the identity of Mr. 0 before allowing the crew to continue their journey.
Rather than following the route suggested by Miss All Sunday, the Straw Hats set sail for Little Garden. Upon arriving, they discover an island preserved from prehistoric times, inhabited by dinosaurs and other ancient creatures. The crew also encounters the giant warriors Dorry and Brogy, who have maintained an honorable duel for over a century to determine which of them is the stronger warrior.
As the giants continue their legendary battle, Baroque Works agents begin converging on the island to eliminate Vivi and the Straw Hat Pirates. A hidden attack leaves Dorry seriously wounded, while the crew prepares to confront another wave of powerful enemies.
The volume concludes with the stage set for the Little Garden conflict, as the Straw Hats must protect their new allies while facing increasingly dangerous members of Baroque Works.
