As the Buster Call approaches Enies Lobby, the Straw Hat Pirates continue their battles against CP9. Nami overcomes Kalifa's Bubble-Bubble Fruit abilities by using mirages to conceal her true position, then defeats the agent with a lightning strike. Sanji rescues Usopp from Jyabura and unveils Diable Jambe, heating his leg to deliver a decisive series of burning kicks.

Still handcuffed to Usopp, Roronoa Zoro fights Kaku, whose newly acquired Ox-Ox Fruit, Model: Giraffe produces an unpredictable range of attacks. Once the correct key separates the pair, Zoro confronts Kaku at full strength and defeats him with his new nine-sword Asura technique. With the remaining CP9 agents beaten, the crew sends the collected keys toward Robin.

Elsewhere, Luffy begins his decisive battle with Lucci, whose mastery of the Six Powers and carnivorous Zoan transformation make him an exceptionally dangerous opponent. Franky reaches Robin and uses the correct key to remove her Seastone handcuffs, fulfilling the crew's immediate objective even as the government fleet closes in and the destruction of Enies Lobby becomes imminent.
