Rocketman!!

Nami learns that Robin surrendered to CP9 in exchange for the Straw Hats' safety and rushes to inform Monkey D. Luffy and Roronoa Zoro. Meanwhile, CP9 places Robin, Franky, and Usopp aboard the Puffing Tom bound for Enies Lobby. Sanji, having secretly boarded the train, advances through its guarded cars and begins dismantling the government escort from within.

As Aqua Laguna strikes Water Seven, the remaining Straw Hats survive the devastation and regroup with Kokoro, the Galley-La foremen, and the Franky Family. Iceburg prepares Rocketman, an old prototype sea train that cannot stop once launched, allowing the combined rescue force to pursue the Puffing Tom through the storm. The Franky Family's giant King Bulls, Sodom and Gomora, help guide the train toward its target.

Aboard the Puffing Tom, Sanji defeats the agents guarding the prisoners and frees Franky and Usopp. Although Usopp initially refuses to rejoin the rescue mission after leaving the crew, he soon returns disguised as the masked sharpshooter Sniper King. The volume ends with the newly formed alliance racing toward Enies Lobby while Sanji, Franky, and Sniper King prepare to fight their way through the remaining government forces and recover Robin.
