Operation Dressrosa S.O.P.

The Tontatta tribe and the Thunder Soldier explain Dressrosa's history and prepare to overthrow Doflamingo. Their plan, Operation Dressrosa S.O.P., requires them to incapacitate Sugar, whose powers transformed countless people into toys and erased all memories of their existence. Meanwhile, Sanji protects the Thousand Sunny from Doflamingo before Trafalgar Law intervenes and sends the ship toward Zou with Caesar Clown.

Rebecca's past reveals that the former King Riku was manipulated into attacking his own citizens, allowing Doflamingo to seize Dressrosa while appearing to save it. The Thunder Soldier is identified as Kyros, a legendary gladiator and Rebecca's father, whose human identity was forgotten after he became a toy. At the Corrida Coliseum, Rebecca survives Block D despite attacks from numerous experienced fighters.

Law confronts Doflamingo near the royal palace but is defeated before Luffy's eyes. As the Straw Hats reorganize, Luffy entrusts the tournament to a mysterious ally who assumes the identity of Lucy. The newcomer is revealed as Luffy's surviving sworn brother, Sabo, now serving in the Revolutionary Army alongside Koala.
