Repaying the Debt

Sugar's defeat restores Dressrosa's toys to human form and returns the population's erased memories. Kyros immediately attacks Doflamingo, while Sabo destroys the Corrida Coliseum arena, claims the Flame-Flame Fruit, and reveals himself as the Revolutionary Army's chief of staff. With his underground operation exposed, Doflamingo seals Dressrosa inside the Birdcage and offers rewards for capturing the pirates and rebels opposing him.

Pica reshapes the royal plateau into a towering battlefield, placing Doflamingo and his officers above the island. Luffy and Law begin climbing toward the palace, accompanied by the restored Corrida Coliseum fighters. Although many initially intend to collect Luffy's bounty, they instead repay the Straw Hats for freeing them from enslavement and clear a path through the Donquixote Pirates.

As battles spread across Dressrosa, Roronoa Zoro confronts Pica, Sabo holds back Admiral Fujitora, and the other Straw Hats protect the Tontatta warriors and former royal family. Law reveals that Doflamingo possesses an exceptional connection to the World Nobles, explaining how he manipulated the false report of his resignation.
