After apparently defeating the four invading monsters, Toriko and the Four Kings discover that the creatures were merely extensions of a single colossal Four Beast. As the monster poisons the Human World’s gathered population, Komatsu leads an immense culinary effort to produce a cure.
Toriko, Coco, Sunny and Zebra defeat their respective opponents, only for the four creatures to return to the center of the Human World and merge with their true body. The complete Four Beast releases Green Rain, infecting millions with a fast-acting poison while it prepares to consume the immobilized population.
As the Four Kings engage the main body, Komatsu recognizes that a medicinal mochi can counteract the poison. Thousands of chefs and civilians follow his instructions, transforming the emergency into a worldwide cooking operation. Meanwhile, the Four Kings combine their appetites into an unprecedented shared technique, overpowering the monster and securing enough meat to feed the survivors.
