Miguel and Larue restrain Sukuna long enough for Yuji to land a succession of Black Flashes, awakening Shrine alongside his existing Blood Manipulation abilities. Sukuna recovers his Domain Expansion and engulfs the battlefield in Malevolent Shrine, but Choso sacrifices himself to shield Yuji from the ensuing flames.

Aoi Todo returns with a modified Boogie Woogie and helps Yuji continue the assault. Yuta then reenters the battle while inhabiting Gojo’s body through Kenjaku’s copied technique, initiating another domain clash with Sukuna. After further interventions from Todo and Angel, Yuji directly threatens Sukuna’s hold over Megumi and finally activates his own Domain Expansion.
