Trapped within the Zenin clan's cursed spirit vault, Maki and Mai are pushed to their limits. Inside a shared spiritual space, Mai sacrifices herself to remove the final restrictions holding Maki back, leaving behind a single cursed blade. Empowered by her sister's final gift, Maki eradicates the elite Kukuru Unit and Hei while confronting the clan's strongest fighters.
Following the massacre, Maki hunts down the remaining members of the Zenin clan responsible for the sisters' suffering. Meanwhile, Yuji, Megumi, Yuta, Hakari and the others finalize their strategy for entering the Culling Game and rescuing Satoru Gojo.
