Deadly Sentencing confiscates Sukuna’s cursed tool rather than his technique, forcing Higuruma to confront him under increasingly desperate conditions. Higuruma develops Domain Amplification and Reverse Cursed Technique during the fight, but Sukuna incapacitates him before Yuji can successfully use the Executioner’s Sword.

Yuta then joins Yuji and activates Authentic Mutual Love, using copied techniques while Yuji strikes the boundary between Sukuna’s and Megumi’s souls. Their attempt briefly reaches Megumi, but his shattered will prevents him from resisting. Maki Zenin launches a surprise attack with the Split Soul Katana, after which Sukuna battles Maki and Atsuya Kusakabe. Miguel and Larue arrive as reinforcements.
