Yuji and Megumi dismantle the barrier over Shibuya while Ino confronts Ogami and her grandson. Ogami summons the physical information of Toji Fushiguro, but his body overwhelms the grandson’s soul and acts independently. Elsewhere, Mei Mei defeats the Smallpox Deity after identifying the rules of its deadly domain.

Yuji enters Shibuya Station and clashes with Choso, who seeks revenge for Eso and Kechizu. Choso’s Blood Manipulation controls the battle at range, but Yuji forces him into close combat inside a flooded restroom. Although Yuji nearly turns the fight around, Choso adapts and leaves him critically injured before experiencing a mysterious memory that prevents the killing blow.
