Falko

Falko's present-day demeanor is relaxed and deliberately unimpressive. He has little of the intimidating appearance expected from a former King and is content to spend his time playing visual novels, making it easy to underestimate what he once represented.

His attitude toward younger riders is more measured than hostile. Falko does not hand Kogarasumaru his Gram Scale position simply because they want it; he expects them to prove themselves against the recorded strength of his generation first.

The contrast between his current behavior and his younger self also reflects how completely Falko withdrew from the competitive A-T world after the collapse of the original Sleeping Forest.

Falko follows the Bloody Road and originally possesses the Fang Regalia. Like later Fang Kings, he produces Fangs through instantaneous acceleration and braking, compressing air into cutting shock waves.

His control is exceptional. Falko can fire several powerful Fangs simultaneously without suffering the severe physical backlash normally associated with repeatedly producing them. This establishes the original Fang King as a benchmark for later Bloody Road riders such as Agito Wanijima.

As a first-generation Gravity Child, Falko also possesses the enhanced spatial perception and physical aptitude engineered into the original experimental riders.

Although long retired from ordinary competition, Falko later demonstrates that he can still contribute against King-class opponents when he joins the assault on Genesis's aircraft carrier.

Falko originally rides as the Fang King of the first Sleeping Forest alongside Sora Takeuchi, Kilik, Spitfire, Dontores, Black Burn, Ine Makigami and Rika Noyamano.

In the present, his principal importance lies in the Eternal Seed. Falko possesses a permanently reserved Gram Scale Tournament position under the name Inorganic Net, a digital reconstruction of the original Sleeping Forest. He can transfer that position, but only to riders capable of defeating the simulation.

Kogarasumaru ultimately defeats Inorganic Net and earns Falko's Eternal Seed, allowing the team to enter the Gram Scale Tournament despite the obstacles placed in its path. Falko later joins the wider coalition opposing Genesis and participates in the operation aboard its aircraft carrier.

Sora Takeuchi, Kilik, Spitfire, Dontores, Black Burn, Ine Makigami and Rika Noyamano are Falko's companions from the original Sleeping Forest.

Agito Wanijima later inherits the Fang King title and Bloody Road tradition once represented by Falko.

Itsuki Minami and his Kogarasumaru teammates must prove themselves against Inorganic Net before Falko will surrender his Eternal Seed.

Yasuyoshi Sano later recruits Falko for the operation against Genesis.
