Dontores

Dontores is expressive and theatrical, carrying the manner of a performer into his life as a Storm Rider. His association with rap is not merely visual; concerts and audience imagery become part of the way his Over Road abilities are presented.

Within the original Sleeping Forest he is treated as one of the less individually formidable combatants among an unusually powerful group of Kings. That comparison is misleading outside the team, however, because his Regalia and mastery of the Over Road still place him far above ordinary Storm Riders.

Dontores follows the Over Road and originally possesses the Rumble Regalia. Unlike later versions associated with riders such as Yoshitsune, Dontores wears his Regalia around his forearms. When inactive, the system can be concealed as the boom box he carries.

The Over Road manipulates air pressure and density. Dontores can create dense walls of air that block or push back incoming opponents and attacks. These barriers behave sufficiently like solid surfaces that riders can potentially skate across them, and their sides are less resistant than the primary face.

His "Audience of the Over Road" becomes particularly powerful in enclosed environments. Sound and pressure rebound from surrounding surfaces like the response of an enormous concert crowd, multiplying the force available to him. He can then release dense blasts capable of hammering opponents.

Dontores can also absorb or redirect energy from attacks, including Fang pressure and wind-based techniques. His Regalia therefore functions defensively while supplying the stored force needed for counterattacks.

Dontores belongs to the original Sleeping Forest alongside the first generation of Kings. His presence establishes the Rumble King's place among the eight Roads before later riders inherit or reproduce those abilities.

As a Gravity Child, he is also part of the generation of artificially enhanced riders created before the main story. His original team represents the point at which advanced Air Treck technology, Regalia and engineered riders converge.

The original Sleeping Forest fractures when Kilik turns against Sora over the Sky Regalia. Dontores later reappears through Inorganic Net, the digital recreation of the original team used to test Kogarasumaru before the Gram Scale Tournament.

During that confrontation, Dontores combines his Rumble Regalia with Kilik's Gaia Road in a joint attack, using a burst of pressure to launch Kilik and amplify the destructive follow-up.

Kilik is Dontores's fellow King in the original Sleeping Forest. Their abilities can be combined, with Dontores supplying explosive propulsion for Kilik's Gaia Road attack.

Sora Takeuchi leads the original Sleeping Forest during the period in which Dontores serves as Rumble King.

Spitfire, Falko, Black Burn, Ine Makigami and Rika Noyamano are Dontores's fellow Kings in the original team.

Yoshitsune later holds the title of Rumble King and follows the Over Road, although his equipment and application of the Road differ from Dontores's forearm-mounted Regalia.

Itsuki Minami and the rest of Kogarasumaru face the recreated original Sleeping Forest through Inorganic Net, giving them direct experience against Dontores's recorded fighting ability.
