Mikita

Mikita is playful, smug, and casually cruel during her service to Baroque Works. She often laughs while attacking and appears delighted by the prospect of crushing an immobilized target. Her bright presentation contrasts sharply with the violence of her missions.

She shares Gem’s confidence but usually displays less obvious anger. Rather than reacting explosively to setbacks, she taunts her opponents and relies on sudden changes in weight to restore her advantage.

Her later life suggests that her allegiance to Baroque Works was not permanent. Once the organization collapses, she cooperates with former colleagues and eventually adopts a peaceful occupation.

Mikita ate the Kilo Kilo no Mi, a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit that lets her alter her body weight from one kilogram to ten thousand kilograms without changing her physical size. At minimum weight, she can float on air currents and glide with the assistance of her parasol.

Once positioned above a target, she increases her weight and drops onto them with crushing force. She can alternate rapidly between lightness and extreme mass, giving her aerial mobility followed by powerful impact attacks.

The fruit does not make Mikita inherently stronger or more durable in every situation. Her descending path can be anticipated, and opponents capable of redirecting or avoiding her falls can exploit the pause between weight changes.

Mikita and Gem are sent to Whisky Peak to kill Nefertari Vivi and Igaram. Mikita reveals Vivi’s identity to the town’s agents and joins Gem in overwhelming those who attempt to protect her.

On Little Garden, Mikita assists Galdino’s plan to capture the giants and the Straw Hats. She helps subdue Usopp, Karoo, and Vivi, then guards the Candle Service structure while the captives are slowly transformed into wax figures.

After the trap is disrupted, Nami and Vivi defeat Mikita by using a rope to redirect her ten-thousand-kilogram descent. Mikita later travels with Gem and Miss Goldenweek during their rescue of former Baroque Works agents, eventually becoming a chocolatier at the new Spiders Cafe.

Gem is Mikita’s assigned Baroque Works partner. She works closely with Gem at both Whisky Peak and Little Garden and shares his confidence in their combined Devil Fruit abilities.

Crocodile is Mikita’s hidden employer as the leader of Baroque Works. Galdino directs her work on Little Garden and uses her abilities to guard his elaborate execution device.

Nefertari Vivi is one of Mikita’s principal targets. Nami helps Nefertari Vivi defeat Mikita during the destruction of the Candle Service.

Mr. 9, Miss Monday, and Igaram oppose Mikita and Gem after Vivi’s identity is exposed.

Marianne, known as Miss Goldenweek, later becomes Mikita’s ally during the former agents’ escape and establishment of the new Spiders Cafe.
