Synopsis
One Piece Stampede is a standalone theatrical adventure created to celebrate the anime's 20th anniversary. The story follows Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates as they attend the Pirates Festival, a massive gathering that attracts infamous pirates, Marines, bounty hunters, and other powerful figures from across the Grand Line. The festival's headline event is a race to uncover a treasure said to have been left behind by the Pirate King, igniting a chaotic competition.
As the search intensifies, the celebration becomes the stage for an enormous battle involving many of the franchise's most recognizable characters. Rather than adapting a specific manga arc, the film presents an original story set around the Wano era of the anime, emphasizing large-scale fan service, spectacular action sequences, and crossover encounters between characters who rarely meet in the main series.
