Bullet is intensely competitive, ruthless, and obsessed with individual strength. He believes reliance on allies creates weakness and seeks victory over powerful opponents as proof of his superiority.

His worldview is shaped by betrayal and warfare from childhood. Even after joining Roger's crew, he treats strength as the only reliable foundation for identity and security.

Bullet possesses extraordinary physical strength, endurance, speed, and Haki. Even without his Devil Fruit, he can fight large numbers of powerful pirates simultaneously and overwhelm many members of the Worst Generation.

The Gasha Gasha no Mi allows him to break apart and reassemble inorganic matter. By combining weapons, vehicles, buildings, and other materials, he can construct massive mechanical forms around himself.

His strongest applications combine his Devil Fruit with powerful Armament Haki, turning enormous constructs into extensions of his own fighting power.

Bullet serves as the centerpiece of Festa's Pirates Festival plan. Rather than participating merely for Roger's treasure, he intends to defeat the strongest pirates gathered on Delta Island and demonstrate that no rival can match him.

The threat he presents eventually forces pirates, Marines, Warlords, and other normally hostile factions into temporary cooperation.

Gol D. Roger was Bullet's captain and one of the few people whose strength Bullet genuinely respected.

Buena Festa organizes the Pirates Festival around Bullet's ambitions. Monkey D. Luffy becomes Bullet's principal opponent and represents a philosophy of strength based on allies that directly contradicts Bullet's isolation.
