Synopsis
While escorting a ferret to its owner, Naruto Uzumaki, Shikamaru Nara and Sakura Haruno encounter armored warriors commanded by Temujin. Their confrontation draws the young ninja into a conflict surrounding the Stone of Gelel, an ancient mineral capable of granting extraordinary power.
The second theatrical Naruto film tells a standalone story situated during the original anime, after Sasuke Uchiha has left Team 7. Its plot expands beyond the familiar hidden-village system through wandering clans, European-inspired knights and a technologically advanced mobile fortress.
Highlights
- Studio Pierrot produced the film, which Toho released theatrically in Japan on August 6, 2005.
