Temujin

Temujin is disciplined, earnest, and deeply committed to the ideal of creating a world without war. His loyalty to Haido is initially absolute because he believes the older man rescued him and gave his life purpose.

He is nevertheless honorable enough to respect strong opponents and becomes increasingly disturbed by evidence that Haido's methods contradict the peaceful future he claims to seek.

Temujin is an accomplished swordsman and hand-to-hand fighter capable of contending with Naruto's shadow clones. His retractable shield provides additional defense against projectiles.

The Gelel stone grants him enhanced strength, rapid recovery, and the ability to channel destructive energy through his sword. As an heir of the clan connected to the Gelel Vein, his blood also possesses special significance to the mechanisms controlling the stone's power.

Temujin first clashes with Naruto Uzumaki while Haido's forces search for the Gelel Vein. The two are separated from their groups and eventually encounter Kahiko's caravan.

Kahiko reveals that Haido himself destroyed Temujin's village and killed his parents while searching for Gelel. Temujin turns against Haido and helps Naruto stop him. When the Vein becomes unstable, Temujin tries to sacrifice himself to seal it, but Naruto rescues him through the Space-Time Hole.

Haido raises Temujin after destroying his village, and Temujin initially treats him as a mentor and savior. Their relationship collapses when Kahiko reveals the truth.

Naruto Uzumaki begins as Temujin's opponent but becomes his most important ally. Emina and Kahiko tend to Temujin after his first confrontation with Naruto and help him understand the history of Gelel.
