Synopsis
The conflict for Earth reaches its decisive phase as Gintoki Sakata and Edo’s defenders confront the forces behind the invasion. In space, Takasugi Shinsuke, Kotaro Katsura, and their allies struggle to halt a catastrophe whose consequences extend far beyond the planet.
The second half completes the televised portion of the Silver Soul Arc before shifting into an aftermath set two years later. It functions as the original television series’ final cour, though the remaining manga material would subsequently be adapted by Gintama: The Semi-Final and Gintama: The Very Final.
