Synopsis
Yu Yu Hakusho: The Movie, also known as The Golden Seal, follows Yusuke Urameshi and Kazuma Kuwabara on an urgent mission to rescue Koenma. The young ruler has been abducted by demons who demand the Golden Seal, an artifact used to authorize the judgment of souls in the Spirit World.
Assisted by Botan, Kurama and Hiei, the two heroes pursue the kidnappers through a compact series of supernatural battles. The film tells an anime-original, standalone story rather than adapting an arc from Yoshihiro Togashi’s manga and is especially notable for presenting a complete theatrical adventure in approximately 30 minutes.
