Synopsis
Following their rehabilitation at the Butterfly Mansion, Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira board the Mugen Train to assist Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku. Numerous passengers have disappeared aboard the train, prompting the Demon Slayer Corps to investigate.
The mission brings the group into conflict with Enmu, a demon who attacks through dreams and exploits his victims’ deepest desires. The television arc retells the story of the Mugen Train feature film while adding an original introductory episode about Rengoku’s activities before boarding, newly edited footage, additional music, and revised episodic transitions.
