Tomi

Tomi is warm, hardworking, grateful, and considerably calmer than her granddaughter when faced with danger. She takes pride in selling bento and continues working even when rumors of disappearances have made the area around the station frightening.

She possesses a long memory and immediately recognizes the significance of the flame-like appearance associated with the Rengoku family.

Tomi also shows genuine gratitude toward Demon Slayers. Rather than treating their protection as something abstract, she remembers the people who personally saved her and her family.

Tomi is an ordinary human with no demonstrated supernatural or combat abilities.

Her skills are domestic and commercial. She prepares and sells bento boxes with Fuku, maintaining a family trade that has operated in the area for decades.

Tomi appears during Kyoujurou's investigation surrounding the Mugen Train. She and Fuku sell bento near the station while reports of disappearances and demon activity circulate in the area.

Kyoujurou Rengoku encounters the pair and enthusiastically purchases their bento. When a demon threatens Fuku, Kyoujurou intervenes.

Tomi recognizes the resemblance between Kyoujurou and a swordsman who once saved her when she was young. She realizes that the earlier rescuer was Kyoujurou's father, linking the current Flame Hashira's actions with the previous generation's protection of ordinary people.

Fuku is Tomi's granddaughter and works alongside her selling bento.

Kyoujurou Rengoku meets Tomi during his investigation and protects Fuku from a demon.

Shinjurou Rengoku saved Tomi from a demon years earlier, a memory that allows her to recognize Kyoujurou as his son.
