Naoichi Mikawa

Mikawa receives limited individual characterization, but he shows no meaningful remorse for his involvement in Ayaka's assault. He continues associating with the other perpetrators after entering Gantz.

During the mission targeting Tae, Mikawa willingly joins the group attempting to carry out Gantz's order against another human being.

Mikawa has no established supernatural abilities or specialized combat training.

As a Gantz participant, he has access to the standard suit and weapons. He survives the Ring Alien mission but never demonstrates the exceptional proficiency of the Tokyo team's veteran hunters.

Mikawa arrives before the Ring Alien mission and survives alongside Ayaka and several of the other perpetrators. He subsequently participates in the mission targeting Tae.

When Kaoru Iwamoto confronts Tae, Mikawa and Ryotarou Haga are nearby. After Kurono intervenes, Mikawa escapes the immediate confrontation and later continues participating in Gantz.

During the Oni Alien mission, Mikawa remains with Ayaka and several members of the group. They encounter the Oni leaders in human form, and the fire-based Oni incinerates the group.

Ayaka Uranaka is Mikawa's victim and is forced into the Gantz system alongside him.

Kaoru Iwamoto, Ryotarou Haga and Joji Tomioka are among the other perpetrators who remain associated with Mikawa after entering Gantz.

Kei Kurono opposes Mikawa's group during the mission targeting Tae.

Tae Kojima becomes the human target Mikawa and several other hunters agree to pursue.
