Magma Ride-On

Magma is ambitious, vindictive and eager to prove himself despite the physical deterioration of his original body. He volunteers for Pikas's dangerous experiment rather than allowing another follower to receive its power.

He is willing to use his institutional influence for personal purposes. During Sanko's childhood, his position allows him access to Treegun, and he casually indulges Hinata's request to harm a classmate.

After becoming a Light-Core Human, Magma's personality narrows around the mission of destroying the Hateful Four, although his ambition remains strong enough that other members of the Order worry about whether he can be controlled.

Magma's original body is extremely old and physically frail, requiring life-support tubes. His most formidable powers come from the Lighthead Order's later technology rather than his natural physiology.

Big Pikas transforms him into a Light-Core Human, rebuilding him as a muscular combatant approximately 170 cm tall. In this form, Magma possesses tremendous speed and strength and can fire a cutting beam of light from his forehead. The beam can slice through Dark materials, including Sanko's axe and Naghul'n.

Magma can absorb fire without injury. His transformed body also contains a mobile Lighthead insignia-like core; if it is recovered and subjected to the creation process again, he can be resurrected repeatedly.

Magma is introduced through the Lighthead Order's attempt to create an opponent capable of matching Sanko's group. Pikas needs a source body for the process, and Magma volunteers.

The procedure converts him into the Light-Core Human Magma Ride-On. Sent to Galezath, he overwhelms the Hateful Four's normal defenses, bisects Damemaru, destroys Sanko's axe and proves resistant to Avakian's flames.

Avakian summons Misetani Box for a weapon capable of hurting him. The resulting Dark firearm allows Sanko to strike Magma and eject his skeleton from his flesh, revealing that specialized Dark equipment can overcome his transformed body.

Big Pikas performs the process that transforms Magma into a Light-Core Human and sends him against the Hateful Four.

Hinata Boggo is one of Magma's many grandchildren. Magma helps Hinata arrange an attempt to kill Sanko during their school years.

Zaha Sanko is one of Magma's principal targets and later fights him directly on Galezath.

Avakian opposes Magma and seeks specialized Dark equipment when ordinary attacks fail.

Shimada Death and Hajime Damemaru are the other members of the Hateful Four Magma is created to eliminate.

Misetani Box supplies the Dark weapon used against Magma during the battle.
