Synopsis
After completing a mission, Lucy Heartfilia encounters Éclair, an amnesiac priestess who distrusts magic and carries one half of the mysterious Phoenix Stone. Accompanied by her birdlike friend Momon, Éclair hopes to deliver the stone to a wizard named Kalard, prompting Natsu Dragneel and his Fairy Tail companions to assist her.
Their journey attracts the attention of Veronica’s ruler, who possesses the stone’s other half and covets the immortality supposedly offered by the phoenix. Set after the main cast’s return from Tenrou Island, the film tells a largely self-contained story centered on Lucy and Éclair’s friendship while involving the wider Fairy Tail guild in a battle against the dark guild Carbuncle.
