Sora Siruha

Sora was courageous, determined, religious, and intensely committed to protecting people. After witnessing the destruction caused by war, she devoted herself to preventing another catastrophe and accepted responsibility for leading other Choujin against Guelta.

Her greatest strength and weakness grew from the same conviction. Sora believed that foresight gave her a responsibility to prevent disasters before they occurred, even when doing so required violence. Over decades, certainty in her visions increasingly hardened into an inability to tolerate futures she considered unacceptable.

Repeated exposure to war, Chaos and prophetic visions gradually destabilizes Sora. The heroic protector remembered by Yamato becomes increasingly consumed by the need to force reality toward the future she believes will save it.

As a Choujin X, Sora possesses an extraordinary collection of abilities. She can partially Beastify, create wings for flight, manipulate gravity, generate and reshape iron, transmit information telepathically, alter her body, emit superheated smoke, and receive prophetic visions of possible futures.

Her Adamantine Harpe is a specialized Choujin-killing weapon capable of interfering with Raise. Plana Tetra creates sealing crystals that can restrict actions associated with futures she has foreseen.

Sora can also transmit Choujin power through her blood and the Mark of the Beast. People sufficiently compatible with her power can inherit or amplify abilities associated with her, creating a supernatural lineage connecting several major Choujin of the modern era.

Sora's history begins during the expansion of Guelta. After being killed during an attack led by Quiem, she awakens as a Choujin and travels through the Seven Provinces gathering Choujin into an anti-Guelta force that becomes Yamato Mori.

She emerges as one of the defining figures of the Great Choujin War and fights alongside forces led by Antitise. Their alliance ultimately contributes to Quiem's defeat and the collapse of Guelta.

Years later, Sora's foresight convinces her that Antitise will become a catastrophic "Mad King." She invades Antoland in an attempt to prevent that future, placing her in conflict with the very ideals that once made her a hero.

In the modern era, Sora survives as the Holy Mother Zora within the Tower of Mourning and seeks a successor capable of inheriting her Mark of the Beast before a predicted calamity destroys Yamato.

Quiem McMann is the Choujin X whose expansionist war defines Sora's youth. His attack causes Sora's original death and Choujin awakening, after which defeating him becomes one of the central purposes of her army.

Antitise becomes Sora's ally during the Great Choujin War. Their alliance ends disastrously when Sora's prophecy convinces her that Antitise will become a mad king, leading her to invade his country and kill him.

Tsukiko Mado becomes Sora's young pupil after Sora recognizes her talent for foresight. Mado eventually turns against her mentor after her own visions convince her that Sora's attempts to control the future will produce catastrophe.

Tokio Kurohara attracts Sora's attention because of his Beastification. Sora identifies him as a possible Beast of Prophecy and potential inheritor of her power.

Azuma Higashi also carries abilities derived from Sora's blood through XEMBER.

Ely Otta encounters Sora alongside Tokio and Azuma. Sora recognizes the danger and significance of Ely's ability to take Choujin powers.

Chandra Hume worships Sora as "Mother" and acts in service of her objectives.
