Shirou

Shirou participates willingly in the Seigi Party's violent raids and follows Shoukan during the attack on Nakayama Manor. His established material focuses much more heavily on his role as a dangerous bandit than on a detailed personal history.

He shares the group's willingness to prey upon settlements and civilians. Canon does not provide enough information to establish more specific personal motives, ambitions or relationships outside the Seigi Party.

Shirou is one of the stronger combatants under Shoukan. Fubuki distinguishes the Seigi Party's elite officers from its ordinary members when planning the defense of Nakayama Manor, indicating that Shirou cannot safely be treated as another rank-and-file attacker.

He possesses the physical conditioning and weapons experience expected of an experienced outlaw fighter. The series does not establish a supernatural ability or extensively developed named technique specifically for him.

His strength is most dangerous when combined with the other Seigi Party officers, which is why separating the strongest bandits becomes an important part of the defenders' strategy.

Shirou participates in Shoukan's assault on Nakayama Manor after the Seigi Party is used to weaken territory associated with Suwa. The attack becomes one of the first serious battles fought by Tokiyuki's newly developing group.

Fubuki identifies the strongest enemies and organizes the defense around preventing those officers from supporting one another. Shirou consequently becomes part of the tactical problem the young warriors must solve before Tokiyuki can concentrate on Shoukan himself.

Shirou is defeated during the battle as the Elusive Warriors and villagers successfully break apart the Seigi Party's stronger fighters, contributing to the collapse of Shoukan's attack.

Shoukan is Shirou's leader within the Seigi Party.

Furan and Byakkotsu are fellow officers who participate in the attack on Nakayama Manor.

Fubuki identifies Shirou and the other elite bandits as threats that must be accounted for in the village's defense.

Tokiyuki Houjou leads the young group assisting the defenders against the Seigi Party.
