Nishikawa Shinsuke

Nishikawa is arrogant, crude and eager to impress the other bikers. He mocks people around him and behaves aggressively when he has the security of his gang behind him.

He is physically energetic but shows little judgment. Gantz's incomprehensible technology does not make him cautious; instead, he dismisses the situation and ignores the possibility that the sphere's rules have real consequences.

Nishikawa has no supernatural abilities or established combat training. He is physically fit enough to run quickly but does not translate that fitness into meaningful fighting ability.

Although Gantz provides him with access to a suit and weapons, he never demonstrates proficiency with them during the Tanaka Alien mission.

Nishikawa enters Gantz after the biker gang is attacked by a rival group. He arrives alongside Nemoto and several of Nemoto's followers, then joins the newcomers sent after the Tanaka Aliens.

Rather than remain within the designated hunting zone, Nishikawa attempts to leave the area.

Crossing the mission boundary activates the explosive implanted in his head. Nishikawa is killed by Gantz before he ever meaningfully fights the mission targets.

Tetsuo Nemoto is Nishikawa's gang leader and the dominant figure among the bikers transported into Gantz.

Haruya Numata and Kosuke Nakajima are fellow gang members who enter the same mission.

Kei Kurono, Masaru Katou and Kei Kishimoto are returning participants present when Nishikawa enters the game.
