Love Joe

Love Joe has received limited individual characterization. Her established appearances place her among Mantinel's senior personnel and identify her primarily through her technical responsibilities.

She works in an organization populated by highly specialized departments, and her leadership of the Wand and Tools Department indicates professional competence and responsibility even when she is not directly participating in Majik hunts.

Love Joe's specific spells and acquired Majiks have not been established in detail. Her expertise is instead associated with magical tools and the equipment used by witches.

As a Senior Witch Cadet Captain, she holds a rank immediately below fully fledged witches. That position indicates substantial training, although it should not be treated as evidence for any specific combat ability not demonstrated in canon.

Love Joe first appears among personnel of the Mantinel Witches Association before later being formally identified as one of its senior cadet captains.

Her department becomes increasingly relevant as the series expands beyond straightforward Majik acquisition. Specialized equipment, weapons and magical tools allow people with very different abilities to contribute to dangerous operations.

The Wand and Tools Department later assists with equipment connected to Gokuraku's augmented fighting style, helping integrate his unusual anti-Majik capabilities with Mantinel's resources.

Gokuraku Kagami has an augmented combat style that later benefits from Mantinel's technical resources and equipment development.

Decora Frill and Spica Harvest are fellow Senior Witch Cadet Captains leading other specialized Mantinel departments.

Monegold heads the Mantinel Witches Association in which Love Joe serves.
