Decora Frill

Decora has received relatively little individual characterization. Her established role emphasizes her responsibility for fashion and clothing within the Mantinel Witches Association.

Her position as a department head nevertheless marks her as a trusted senior cadet. She works within an organization where public presentation can matter alongside magical ability, particularly when Mantinel stages formal events.

Decora's personal Majiks and combat techniques have not been established in detail. She is instead identified by her professional expertise as head of the Fashion Department.

As a Senior Witch Cadet Captain, she holds one of the highest positions available below full witch status. No specific magical ability should be attributed to her solely on the basis of that rank.

Decora first appears within the Mantinel Witches Association during the early period after Ichi's arrival. Her name and departmental position become explicit later as the Association prepares for Ichi's formal public presentation.

The Fashion Department contributes to the institutional side of Mantinel that becomes increasingly visible as Ichi learns that being a witch involves more than acquiring Majiks. Appearance, equipment, research and administration are all supported by dedicated personnel.

Ichi becomes one of the Association figures whose unprecedented position requires support from multiple Mantinel departments.
