Her temperament is specifically comparable to Momo Yaoyorozu: both tend to observe the larger tactical situation rather than becoming consumed by one-on-one competition.

She is sociable enough to introduce her classmates to U.A. and serves as a reassuring presence for the much shyer Habuko Mongoose.

Kashiko also remains focused on the team's objective when the survival exercise begins, using information rather than raw destructive power as her principal contribution.
