Fiddler

Fiddler is cheerful, playful and fond of jokes. He often maintains an upbeat expression even while participating in the Noah Family's violent operations.

That levity does not make him harmless or sympathetic toward the Noah's enemies. Like his relatives, he is willing to use disturbing supernatural abilities against anyone obstructing the family's objectives.

Fiddler possesses an extremely elastic body. He can stretch his limbs over long distances and distort his shape in ways impossible for an ordinary human.

His body can also function as storage, allowing him to keep objects inside himself and retrieve them when required.

More dangerously, his Noah power is associated with corrosion and parasitic manipulation. He can extend parts of himself into other bodies, giving him a grotesque means of attacking or controlling targets from within.

Fiddler appears among the Noah introduced after the family's earlier losses, helping restore its complement of disciples. He participates in later operations against the Black Order and its allies.

His presence broadens the range of powers represented by the Noah Family, with his elastic and invasive abilities differing sharply from the more direct combat styles of members such as Tyki Mikk.

Fiddler becomes involved in the Noah's later pursuit of Allen Walker and the conflicts surrounding the Fourteenth, operating as part of the family rather than pursuing an independent agenda.

The Millennium Earl is the leader of the Noah Family to which Fiddler belongs.

Tyki Mikk is one of Fiddler's fellow Noah and participates in the same later conflict with the Black Order.

Wisely is another member of the restored Noah Family and operates alongside Fiddler during its later campaigns.

Sheryl Kamelot is a fellow Noah whose political influence complements the family's more direct supernatural operations.
