アロー

Story Role

Arrow first enters the story as an unseen sniper monitoring the confrontation involving Rekka and Company 1. When Rekka is captured and risks revealing White-Clad intelligence, she fires from a distant rooftop. The shot kills Rekka before he can be interrogated, after which a second attack aimed at the Fire Soldiers takes Foien’s arm. Arrow withdraws once her location is compromised.

During the Asakusa conflict, she accompanies other White-Clad agents attempting to exploit the district’s instability. Arrow recognizes that Company 8 may be following the organization’s trail and supports an effort to eliminate them. Her attack is countered by Arthur and Hinawa, leaving her defeated but alive.

Arrow later participates in the operation at Haijima Industries, where the White-Clad seeks the Sixth Pillar. Paired with Haumea, she attacks Maki, Vulcan, and their mechanical defenses. The mission emphasizes both her destructive range and her dependence on maintaining distance, as Maki gains the upper hand once the fighting becomes physical.

Her role expands when Shō begins resisting the White-Clad. Arrow remains at his side instead of reporting or restraining him. She helps Shō leave the organization and subsequently accompanies him as he searches for a way to support Shinra.

During the Great Cataclysm, Arrow works alongside Company 8 and its allies despite their former hostility. Her cooperation marks the collapse of the factional identity that once defined her, replacing service to the Evangelist with a deliberate choice to protect Shō and support the possibility of another future.
