Through Ruri's stories, Senku learns about the astronauts who survived humanity's petrification and the legacy left behind by his father, Byakuya Ishigami. At the same time, Tsukasa's forces begin moving against Ishigami Village, forcing the Kingdom of Science to prepare for open conflict.

Ruri recounts the origins of the Hundred Tales, revealing that a small group of astronauts escaped petrification aboard the International Space Station and later founded the settlement that became Ishigami Village. Senku learns that his adoptive father, Byakuya, devoted his remaining life to preserving knowledge and leaving a legacy for future generations.

Back in the present, Senku shifts his focus toward the growing threat posed by Tsukasa's empire. The Kingdom of Science accelerates the development of new technologies, recognizing that scientific innovation will be essential to defending the village and eventually reclaiming humanity from Tsukasa's control.
