Synopsis
As Operation Strix continues, Loid Forger learns that he may be reassigned and replaced. Hoping to demonstrate further progress, he encourages Anya Forger to win an Eden Academy cooking competition by preparing the principal's favorite dessert. The research leads Loid, Anya, Yor Forger, and Bond Forger to the wintry region of Frigis for what appears to be a family vacation.
The trip becomes an international crisis after Anya accidentally obtains an object containing valuable military intelligence. Pursued by Colonel Snidel and his forces, the Forgers independently employ their concealed talents to protect one another and prevent a new conflict. The film tells an anime-original, self-contained story supervised by manga creator Tatsuya Endo, allowing it to complement the television series without adapting a specific manga arc.
