Zack

Zack is confident, mocking and comfortable with Jabberwock's dismissive attitude toward its Japanese opponents. He participates in the team's taunting rather than showing the restraint or sportsmanship expected in organized school basketball.

He nevertheless remains primarily a basketball opponent rather than an independently developed antagonist. Canon provides little personal background for him, and his motives beyond playing with Jabberwock and sharing its confidence are not explored in depth.

His behavior reflects the team's streetball identity: intimidating the opposition and displaying superiority are treated as part of the contest rather than separate from it.

Zack is an elite streetball forward with strong athletic fundamentals and enough individual skill to compete against members of Vorpal Swords. His value is particularly important because Jabberwock cannot be defended simply by assigning every elite Japanese player to Nash or Jason Silver.

He can score while using unconventional shooting movements and contributes defensively against extremely talented scorers. Jabberwock's players are comfortable improvising from awkward positions that would discourage more conventional athletes.

Zack has no individually named special ability comparable to Belial Eye, Emperor Eye or Perfect Copy. The source material gives him substantially less technical exposition than Nash and Silver, so more specific powers should not be attributed to him without canon support.

Zack participates in Jabberwock's initial exhibition against Team Strky, where the visitors establish themselves as far stronger than the Japanese streetball team.

He retains his starting position against Vorpal Swords. The match places him directly against a lineup containing the Generation of Miracles, Kagami and Kuroko, demonstrating that even Jabberwock's less emphasized members can function at an extraordinary competitive level.

Jabberwock's supporting players become increasingly important once Vorpal Swords begins committing additional defenders to Silver and concentrating on Nash's playmaking. The Japanese team nevertheless completes its comeback and wins by one point.

Nash Gold Jr. captains Zack and controls Jabberwock's offense from point guard.

Jason Silver is Zack's center and the team's principal physical weapon.

Nick and Allen complete Jabberwock's starting lineup alongside Zack, Nash and Silver.

Taiga Kagami, Daiki Aomine, Ryouta Kise, Shintarou Midorima, Atsushi Murasakibara, Seijuurou Akashi and Tetsuya Kuroko form the Vorpal Swords roster opposing Jabberwock.
