Taeko Aikawa

Taeko is energetic, flirtatious and extremely confident in both her appearance and her abilities. She enjoys being described as youthful and openly embraces the "loli" label despite being twenty-four.

Her exaggerated maid persona does not prevent her from taking her duties seriously. Taeko is loyal to Sano, quickly responds to intruders and accompanies him into dangerous operations.

She also shows considerable empathy toward the younger riders caught in the conflicts surrounding Genesis. Her conversations with Nue reveal that she understands the painful motives behind Black Burn's actions and encourages others to allow the Gravity Children to express emotions they have long been forced to suppress.

Taeko is an A-Class Flame Road rider and can reproduce the "Time" techniques associated with Aeon Clock. Her Oh! Time technique uses rapid strikes against nerves and pressure points to interfere with an opponent's movement, closely imitating the specialized style developed by Sano and Spitfire.

Her most distinctive equipment is Focke-Wulf, an all-purpose Regalia prototype large enough to encompass much of her body. The system can imitate Infinity Atmospheres associated with the eight major Roads, although its reproductions operate at approximately 88 percent efficiency rather than matching a genuine Regalia at full power.

Focke-Wulf can also enter Pledge Select: Factory Mode, breaking portions of the mechanism into specialized tools for Air Treck tuning. This gives Taeko a valuable technical role in addition to her combat ability.

During the aircraft-carrier battle, the prototype allows Taeko to pressure Nue despite the difference between their normal standings, while Factory Mode enables her to assist in tuning Ikki's Air Trecks before his later battles.

Taeko first appears when intruders enter Sano's estate. She responds as captain of the Armed Maid Force and confronts members of the Noyamano group, demonstrating Flame Road techniques despite her maid presentation.

She subsequently accompanies Sano during his intelligence work and pilots the aircraft carrying him toward Kogarasumaru's battle with Sleipnir. Her presence becomes more important once the conflict moves onto Genesis's aircraft carrier.

There, Taeko supports Ikki against Nue and uses Focke-Wulf both as a combat system and a tuning platform. She later provides emergency treatment during the continuing battle and remains among the technical support personnel assisting Kogarasumaru's final push.

The epilogue reveals that Taeko and Sano are half-siblings, explaining a family connection that is deliberately absent from her early presentation as merely his maid.

Yasuyoshi Sano is Taeko's "Young Master," whom she serves as a maid and assists during his operations. The epilogue reveals that they are actually half-siblings.

Itsuki Minami receives Taeko's assistance aboard the Genesis aircraft carrier, where she helps tune his Air Trecks and supports him in combat.

Nue is one of Taeko's major opponents. Her Flame Road techniques and Focke-Wulf prototype allow her to pressure the Thunder King while supporting Ikki.

Mikan Noyamano defeats Taeko during the confrontation at the Sano estate, countering her Time-based attacks.

Ringo Noyamano intimidates Taeko during the same encounter after Taeko attempts to continue fighting.

Black Burn earns Taeko's respect through the sacrifices he makes for Nue and the younger Gravity Children.
