Simca

Simca is playful, provocative and exceptionally good at drawing people toward whatever goal she has chosen. She understands the effect she has on Ikki and is willing to use flirtation, encouragement and calculated challenges to keep him moving in the direction she wants.

Behind the carefree presentation is an ambitious organizer. Simca wants to gather the Kings and their Regalia, reach the top of the Trophaeum and obtain the Sky Regalia. Genesis is built around that objective rather than around simple territorial dominance.

She is nevertheless capable of genuine attachment. Her faith in Ikki gradually becomes more personal than a strategist's interest in a useful rider, and her willingness to place Genesis behind him puts her at odds with people who have their own plans for the A-T world.

Simca is a skilled Storm Rider, but her greatest influence comes from organization and recruitment rather than direct combat. She travels freely through the Storm Rider world, locates exceptional riders and persuades powerful teams to cooperate under Genesis.

She follows the Ring Road and has connections to Tool Toul To, giving her a strong understanding of A-T technology and the importance of Kings, Regalia and Link Tuners.

Simca is also a first-generation Gravity Child, one of the engineered children whose enhanced spatial perception helped shape the earliest generation of King-class riders. Unlike many of the others, her primary role develops around unifying riders rather than holding one of the central Regalia herself.

Simca is one of the first experienced Storm Riders Ikki encounters. Watching her ride helps ignite his fascination with Air Trecks, while her later interventions repeatedly steer him toward stronger opponents and the wider competitive world.

Her central project is Genesis, an enormous alliance intended to gather the Eight Kings and capture the Sky Regalia. After Kogarasumaru defeats Behemoth, Simca attempts to place Genesis under Ikki's leadership because she believes he can become the rider capable of reaching the summit.

That decision intensifies the conflict between Kogarasumaru and Sleeping Forest, particularly because Ringo Noyamano distrusts Simca's ambitions and resents her growing closeness to Ikki.

Simca's plans are later undermined when the true power behind Genesis moves openly. Her attempt to make Ikki Genesis's leader conflicts with the Takeuchi brothers' objectives, and she becomes one of the people targeted as control of the organization changes hands.

Itsuki Minami is the rider in whom Simca places her greatest hopes. She encourages his development, attempts to give him control of Genesis and develops romantic feelings for him.

Kilik is Simca's older twin brother and fellow first-generation Gravity Child. Their paths diverge sharply over the future of the A-T world.

Ringo Noyamano regards Simca as both a threat to Sleeping Forest's objectives and a romantic rival for Ikki's attention.

Sora Takeuchi is connected to Simca through the original Gravity Children and Genesis. Simca's attempt to place Genesis under Ikki ultimately conflicts with Sora's hidden control of the organization.

Nike Takeuchi shares Sora's interest in controlling Genesis and develops an obsessive attraction toward Simca, eventually attacking her when her plans diverge from theirs.

Spitfire is one of the Kings associated with the network Simca builds around Genesis and Ikki.
