Rose

Rose is ambitious, ruthless, patient, and comfortable with lethal violence. She views assassination as a means of proving her skill rather than merely as a tool for obtaining the Crystal Mother.

She cooperates with Snake but pursues ambitions of her own. Her desire for recognition as a sniper makes her more dangerous than an accomplice interested solely in stealing the jewel.

Rose is also capable of maintaining a disguise while waiting for an opportunity to attack.

Rose is a trained sniper and an effective infiltrator. She can handle a precision firearm and position herself for an assassination without immediately attracting attention.

She also uses disguise to move around the Royal Express. Rose impersonates the train conductor Oki as part of the operation, allowing her to conceal her identity while approaching her intended target.

Her abilities remain grounded in weapons, disguise, and criminal planning rather than supernatural powers.

Rose accompanies Snake during the attempt to steal the Crystal Mother from the royal family of Ingram. The criminals initially intend to let Kaitou Kid locate the hidden jewel before taking it from him.

Rose has an additional objective beyond the theft. She plans to assassinate Queen Selizabeth afterward in the hope that killing the monarch will establish her reputation as the world's number-one sniper.
