Rikei

Rikei is enthusiastic, curious and somewhat insensitive when excitement gets the better of him. He is fascinated by unusual Innocence phenomena and eagerly watches Allen Walker's training.

His behavior frequently irritates Rohfa, while Shifu acts as the more level-headed mediator among them. Despite their squabbling, the three are close friends.

Rikei is not an Exorcist and has no Innocence. He is trained as a researcher at the Asian Branch and contributes scientific knowledge rather than combat ability.

His work includes observing Accommodators and Innocence phenomena, giving him practical exposure to subjects central to the Black Order's research.

Rikei appears when Allen Walker recuperates at the Asian Branch after his confrontation with Tyki Mikk. Together with Rohfa and Shifu, he repeatedly watches Allen's training with Fou.

The apprentices remain associated with the branch as later developments draw renewed attention to the institution and its research.

Rohfa is Rikei's fellow apprentice and friend. His teasing and thoughtless remarks sometimes upset her, but they remain part of the same close group.

Shifu is Rikei's other fellow apprentice and often acts as the calmer member of the trio.

Allen Walker becomes the focus of Rikei's scientific curiosity while recovering at the Asian Branch.

Fou conducts Allen's combat training while Rikei and his friends repeatedly observe.
