Minerva

Minerva is kindhearted, easygoing and spirited. She responds to extraordinary circumstances with remarkable practicality, adapting to life aboard the Chronostasis rather than treating the Chronoweaver solely as something to fear.

She is highly perceptive about personalities and relationships. Minerva quickly understands aspects of the Chronoweaver that outsiders misread and recognizes that his interactions with Kizashi resemble friendship despite neither Majik necessarily describing them that way.

Minerva also expresses affection through practical care. Cooking, cleaning and maintaining their shared home become ways of repaying the Chronoweaver for saving her and eventually simply parts of their life together.

Minerva is an ordinary human and does not possess witch magic. Her strengths are practical, including domestic skills and the adaptability required to live aboard the Chronostasis.

During the conflict surrounding Kizashi, Minerva also demonstrates considerable courage despite being physically vulnerable. Her importance to the Chronoweaver means threats against her can provoke extreme uses of his temporal magic.

Minerva's presence radically changes Team Desscaras's understanding of the Chronoweaver mission. Rather than discovering a Majik preying upon humans, they find a human woman voluntarily living beside it.

Minerva reveals that she was once selected as a sacrifice by her fishing village and cast out to sea, where the Chronoweaver saved her. Their relationship gradually became romantic, and they married.

By the time Ichi reaches the Chronostasis, Minerva is pregnant with the Chronoweaver's child. The unprecedented pregnancy becomes central to the conflict when Kizashi targets her, forcing the Chronoweaver to expend enormous amounts of temporal power to protect her and their unborn daughter.

Jisou no Mahou is Minerva's husband. He initially saves her at sea, and their companionship develops into a marriage that challenges assumptions about relations between humans and Majiks.

Kizashi has a history with the Chronoweaver that Minerva interprets as a form of friendship. He later becomes a direct threat to Minerva and her unborn child.
