Miki Oyama

Miki is observant enough to recognize Reika immediately and reacts to her as a celebrity rather than initially focusing on the impossible circumstances of the Gantz room.

During the mission, she shows concern for another participant and attempts to help her friend when the raptors attack.

She does not display the aggressive enthusiasm for hunting seen in more experienced participants and largely avoids direct combat.

Miki has no established supernatural abilities or combat training.

Although she is given access to Gantz equipment, she does not make a notable contribution to the fighting during the Dinosaur Alien mission.

Her survival depends more on avoiding the worst confrontations and the intervention of stronger hunters than on demonstrated combat skill.

Miki appears among the large group assembled after the Shinjuku massacre and participates in the Dinosaur Alien mission.

She attempts unsuccessfully to save a friend from the raptors and survives the mission itself. After witnessing Kurono's performance, she openly praises his abilities.

Miki's survival is short-lived. After the hunters return, Hikawa and the Vampires attack Gantz participants outside the mission, and she is shot during the assault.

Reika Shimohira is immediately recognized by Miki when they meet in the Gantz room.

Kei Kurono impresses Miki through his performance during the Dinosaur Alien mission, and she praises his fighting ability afterward.

Hikawa becomes part of the Vampire attack against the hunters after Miki survives her first mission.
