Personality
Personality
Chaplin is outgoing, theatrical and confident in her femininity. She considers herself one of the bright presences of G Ward and readily inserts herself into other people's conversations and rooms.
She can be teasing and intrusive, including entering Ganta's room without warning and then criticizing him for leaving his door unlocked. Underneath the humor, however, she is a capable Deadman who does not hesitate when her companions are threatened.
Her past reveals a far more volatile side. Before imprisonment, discovering her male lover with a woman triggered the awakening of her Branch of Sin and led her to kill the woman.
Abilities & Powers
Abilities & Powers
Peacock Peak allows Chaplin to manipulate her blood into long, bramble-like structures. These constructs can extend around opponents, restrain their movement and pierce targets with their thorns.
She can deploy several branches over a wide area, making the ability effective for controlling space and immobilizing opponents rather than relying solely on direct strikes.
Chaplin is also an experienced Deadman who understands Carnival Corpse and the practical limitations of blood-based combat.
